Founded in 1998 with the passage of Proposition 10, the California Children and Families First Act, First 5 Marin Children and Families Commission is a leader in assuring that all children 0-5 years of age in Marin County thrive in supportive, nurturing and loving families, are healthy and enter school ready to learn.
